1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all labels and tags intact.
Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery unless they are defective or faulty.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged or defective item.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Include your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.
- Return Instructions: We will send you instructions on how to return the item(s) along with a return authorization number (if applicable).
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories, manuals, or parts.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Tiber Outdoor is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original transaction. Since we only offer cash on delivery as a payment method, the refund will be processed by issuing a cash refund at the time of return.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked as “final sale.”
- Used or opened products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
